Madison Plumbing Service was founded in 1977, having only one truck and three technicians. Since then, we have grown into one of the most dependable facilities in Madison County, with five radio dispatched trucks and 15 service technicians.

Tommy Rudder
Founder and owner of Madison Plumbing Service (MPS), Tommy held a Master Plumber card. He started Madison Plumbing Service in 1977 and was the sole owner and operator until his passing on January 25, 2019.
Kristine Rudder - Owner
Kriss started working at Madison Plumbing Service in 1996 as a dispatcher. She moved into the position of Office Manager upon the passing of Tommy, and she is now the owner and operator.
Tyler Richeson
Tyler has been with Madison Plumbing for many years and is skilled in all areas of plumbing. After the passing of his Uncle Tommy, he passed the Master Plumber's test on his first attempt and is now the Master Plumber on record at MPS.
Ross Goodenough
Ross holds a Journeyman Plumber card and has been with MPS since 1991. He is skilled in all areas of plumbing, including Rinnai tankless water heaters and leak detection equipment. He specializes in restaurant repairs.
Butch Newby
Butch holds a Master Plumber card and has been with MPS since 2001. He is skilled in all areas of plumbing, including mainline stoppages, Rinnai tankless water heaters, and leak detection equipment.
John Goodenough
John holds a Journeyman Plumber card and has been with MPS since 1988. He is skilled in all areas of plumbing, including Rinnai tankless water heaters and backflow preventers. He specializes in restaurant repairs and is now in the position of Construction Supervisor.
Bobby Newby
Bobby holds a Journeyman Plumbers card and has been with MPS since 2006. He is skilled in all areas of plumbing, including mainline stoppages and Rinnai tankless water heaters.
Jennifer Johnston
Jennifer is the Office Manager. She started working with MPS in 2022 as the dispatcher.
Michelle Mills
Michelle is the dispatcher for MPS. She answers all customer calls and dispatches technicians.
DJ Newby
DJ is proud to work for MPS and holds a Journeyman Plumber card. He is skilled in all areas of plumbing.
